Our suite of collection letters are individually designed and amended to cater for the appropriate escalation of the message to the debtor.
Each of our Collection Executives performance is reviewed on a daily basis and formal one-on-one feedback sessions are conducted on a monthly basis. We operate a comprehensive range of performance-driven incentive programmes.
In an industry where Compliance is king, Cabot Financial Ireland recognise that collector’s knowledge is a key component in meeting regulatory obligations. Our in-house courses are designed to help our collections executives understand the Legal and Compliance framework that we operate within; they receive both face-to-face training and coaching which is facilitated by our training department.
