CABOT FINANCIAL SET FOR GLOBAL RECOGNITION

Cabot Financial Group, market leader in debt purchase, has been short listed in two categories for the 3rd annual Contact Centre World Awards. Cabot has been put on the short list for Best Contact Centre, meanwhile Ken Maynard, CEO, has been Highly Commended as Best Contact Centre Leader.

The awards are unique and have been dubbed by many as “The Olympics” for the contact centre industry. Cabot Financial is now set to take part in the European regional finals which take place in June in London. Following the outcome of the regional finals, Cabot hopes to achieve the privileged position of being nominated for the World Final in Las Vegas; having been selected from over 800 applicant’s world wide.

The awards ceremony will take place in November 2008 and is seen by industry figures as an important way of benchmarking against the best in the industry, to learn from others and to share best practices. John McCluskey, HR Director, has been accepted as a judge in the voting process for the European finals, further increasing Cabot’s involvement in the prestigious awards.
